New Moon Intention Circle

Each month, the New Moon invites us to pause, turn inward, and plant the seeds of what we most want to call into our lives. This is your dedicated time to do just that.

The New Moon Intention Circle is a guided 90-minute gathering that blends lunar wisdom, reflective journaling, and the deep restorative power of sound healing into one sacred experience. Whether you're new to moon rituals or returning each cycle, this circle offers a grounded, supportive space to connect with your intentions and let them settle into your body and spirit.

Each circle includes:

• A grounding opening to help you arrive fully present
• A short teaching on the energy and themes of the current New Moon
• Guided journaling and reflection prompts to clarify what you're releasing and calling in
• An optional sharing circle to speak your intentions into the room
• A closing sound bath to seal your intentions and restore your nervous system

No experience necessary. Just come as you are.

It is suggested you bring a journal, a pen, and yoga mat. You can also bring your own blanket and pillow/bolster for the sound bath portion.
