New Moon in Scorpio • Yoga & Sound Bath 🌑
Join us for our first sound bath at Embodii Crystals’ new location!
Scorpio energy brings us into the deeper parts of ourselves, our emotions, our shadows, and the things we’re ready to change. This new moon offers space to sit with what’s coming up, be honest with ourselves, and set intentions for the transformation we want to invite into our lives.
We’ll begin with light yoga and breathing techniques, followed by a guided meditation. Then get comfortable for a sound bath with singing bowls and a gong shower, allowing yourself time to rest and turn inward.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. No experience needed!
