The New Moon invites reflection, renewal, and intention setting—making it a powerful time to turn inward, release what no longer serves you, and plant seeds for the month ahead.
Through gentle guidance, calming breath work, and the restorative vibrations of sound bowls, chimes, and meditative tones, you will be invited into deep relaxation and inner stillness. This experience is perfect for anyone seeking clarity, peace, emotional reset, or a sacred pause from daily life.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and a journal if you would like to write down your intentions. Come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

The cost is $30. If you need a yoga mat there will a be a few available.
We are in the lower level, there is an elevator if needed. Park and enter in the West parking lot.
