From there, we move into guided breathwork, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to open.

A guided meditation will prepare you to fully receive the journey.

You will then be immersed in a Gong Sound Journey, where I intuitively weave together:

- Gong vibrations (deep cellular release)

- Shamanic drum (grounding & rhythm)

- Tibetan singing bowls

- Koshi chimes & tingsha bells

- Rattles

- Intuitive voice & channelled sounds

This experience supports:
