New Moon in Aquarius Sound Bath

The New Moon marks a time of new beginnings and setting intentions. Gathering up what we want to break free from and embracing new ways of living. Inviting you to envision the future you are looking to create. This moon is about freeing yourself from mental and emotional constructs. Sound healing techniques will be weaved into this journey as the hypnotic sequences take your mind out of the ordinary reality, into altered states of consciousness and dream states. Soothing frequencies and vibrations flow through the body, allowing emotions and feelings to move through you.

The journey starts with a mini meditation with breath work to set the intention and begin to bring the body into deeps states of relaxation. From there the flow and koshi chimes, waterfall disk, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Grotta Senora gongs and deep drums will take you on a sonic adventure.

Doors open at 6:40 and lock at 7:05. It is crutial that you arrive early to get set up as the event promptly starts at 7:00 pm. Park at the gravel lot to the right of the gate to the Crystal Lake Community. Go through the gate and down the driveway to the left to get to the Lodge. Bring a yoga mat, cushions, pillow, blanket and eye cover. No cushions are provided by the venue.
