From there, we’ll move into reflection and intention setting, creating space for clarity around what you are ready to call in next. The evening will also include a fire ceremony (weather permitting) as a powerful ritual for release and renewal, along with sound healing and Reiki energy work to support deep nervous system relaxation and energetic balance.We’ll close with a meaningful hands-on group activity designed to help you integrate your experience in a tangible way. You’ll leave with something you created; an intentional keepsake to carry your energy, focus, and new beginning forward with you.
