Join me for a Gong Relaxation Session on the August New Moon. We will start with a brief guided meditation drawing our awareness to the new lunar cycle and its theme of beginnings and intention. Then we'll move into the Gong Session, allowing the symphonic gongs to melt away stress and calm your whole being.
Afterwards, you are welcomed to stay for a cup of tea and lovingly prepared supper.
