✨✨✨ 20 spaces available ✨✨✨Gong Meditation induces a spontaneous meditative state. You have a chance to immerse yourself in soothing and healing sound and vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other percussion instruments.
What you might experience during and after Gong Meditation:

✨ A state of deep relaxation.
✨ Feeling refreshed and revitalised.
✨ Better sleep.
✨ Stress reduction.
✨ Strengthens the immune system.
All you need to do is lie down and let the sound waves wash over you.
We will be working with the energies of the New Moon. Before the meditation there will be a short introduction on what the particular New Moon is bringing us and each one of us will have time to feel into the intentions for the upcoming Moon cycle.
To enhance the experience of gong vibrations and meditation, we will be also working the energies of Chocolate made from raw Cacao. Before the meditation we will indulge ourselves in a pure, raw chocolate that opens our hearts.
