Join us for an hour of soothing meditative sound healing at Fox Company Yoga 🦊 Wear comfortable clothing & bring your favorite blanket/pillow. Relax and get cozy as you listen to the sounds of the 32” Mercury Planetary Gong.
🌑 During the time of the New Moon we tend to have lower energy levels, making this a perfect time to deeply relax and allow the sounds to take you on a journey within your mind.
As the tones wash over you, the mind quickly and easily surrenders all thoughts, simply riding each sound wave to a meditative state. The hour tends to pass in what feels like 10-15 minutes!
