Join us for an hour of gentle breathwork designed to support stress relief, anxiety relief, and deep nervous system regulation. This calming breathwork experience offers benefits comparable to hours of deep rest and has been shown to help lower cortisol levels by up to 27%.

Gentle breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, often called the rest and digest state. This helps the body release built up stress, calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and restore clarity. As we breathe together, you may notice a soft but powerful shift as layers of tension and worry begin to melt away. Using the natural power of your breath and oxygen, this practice helps rejuvenate both body and mind while inviting you back into presence. This group breathwork session is held in a supportive, welcoming, and non judgmental space where you are safe to let go at your own pace. Breathwork becomes a pathway to emotional release, mental clarity, and deep renewal.This gentle breathwork class is suitable for all levels and all bodies. No prior experience is needed, and it is accessible regardless of age or health condition.

You are invited to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Bring yoga mat and a blanket for comfort. There will be some to use, but quantities are limited. Pricing is $15 per attendee. Please sign up ahead of time to reserve your spot.
