The New Moon marks a time of beginnings and inward reflection, inviting you to pause, reset, and set clear intentions in a calm, supportive space. This circle is guided by Cami.

Intensity: Gentle

Slow, nourishing movement focused on relaxation, mobility, and mindful breath. The circle is guided in English.

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Late entry will not be permitted 5 minutes after the class begins, to prevent disruption and reduce the risk of injury.

is located at Carrer Diputació 289 PRINCIPAL FLOOR, the entrance of the bldg is right next to Flexbowls.

-Please ring the bell on the BIG BROWN DOOR (the doorbell is on the left) and then again on the second glass door.

-Once inside, take the stairs on your left and continue LEFT until you reach the PRINCIPAL floor.
