NEW MOON CACAO CEREMONY
About this Event
So excited to be holding an evening with Cacao on the New Moon in Swansea in community.
We will be in sacred space where we release what is no longer serving us and connect with the New Moon energy in Libra. The New Moon is about embracing new beginnings and Libra is all about balance and loving connection. With Cacao we set intentions to manifest what we need and want in our lives.
Plant medicine Cacao works to open our heart chakra and like the moon connects us with our emotions to help us understand ourselves more. We come together for guidance from the medicine and the ceremony for spiritual growth and transformation.
You will bring forth your intention as we journey to the shamanic drum to help access our intuition.
The emphasis on this event is CHILL - this is going to be a relaxed, chilled out event where you just turn up wearing what you want and let go.

Those booking after 1pm on the day cannot be guaranteed cacao.
CEREMONIAL CACAO SAFETY AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

It is always best to consult with a health advisor about all drugs and supplements you are using or considering, prior to the consumption of cacao.
Cacao works with the heart & blood vessels.
If you have a serious heart condition it’s inadvisable to consume cacao. If you have a less serious heart condition, you may be able to take a small dose however, you do so at your own risk.
Please avoid consuming cacao if you are taking high doses of SSRIs. Cacao releases serotonin, so it works as a mild antidepressant. When taken with SSRIs that releaseerotonin chemically it can potentially lead to serotonin syndrome.
If in any doubt, please seek medical advice before taking Ceremonial Cacao and if you choose to have Cacao you do so at your own risk.
