We’ll share a heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao, drop into guided meditation, connect through gentle ritual, and create intentions that feel aligned, embodied, and true.

This ceremony blends ancient wisdom with grounded, modern spirituality. Through cacao, breath, visualization, journaling, and communal connection, you’ll gain clarity, release what’s been weighing on your spirit, and activate your next chapter.

Cacao is known as a “heart medicine” for its ability to foster connection, creativity, and emotional openness. It helps reduce stress, increase focus, and support a deeper relationship with yourself and others. Rich in antioxidants and mood-boosting compounds like magnesium and anandamide, cacao enhances clarity, joy, and a sense of well-being.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and bring a mug for cacao, a journal, and a pen.
