New Moon Breathwork + Sound Bath Cacao Ceremony
About this Event
This New Moon is a portal for beginnings.
A time to slow down, turn inward, reconnect with yourself, and plant seeds for the chapter you're stepping into.
We'll gather in community for an evening of ceremonial cacao, breathwork, somatic movement, reflection, intention setting, and connection.
This is an invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your body, your intuition, your desires, and the dreams asking to be brought to life.
Together we'll:
✨ Open the heart with ceremonial cacao
✨ Move energy through breath, sound and somatic practices
✨ Connect with our bodies and nervous systems
✨ Reflect, journal, and set intentions
✨ Share, witness, and be witnessed in community
A space to dream bigger.
Feel deeper.
Move what's been stagnant.
And create space for what wants to emerge next.
Bring your journal, your heart, and your intentions. 🤍
✨ Limited spots available
