Join us as we celebrate the New Moon! 🌊🌘🧘🏼♀️✨️
The new moon phase is a time for new beginnings, setting intentions, and manifesting all of the abundance that the universe holds for you!
To honor this lunar phase, we will have a tender yoga practice incorporating Moon Salutations, breathwork, intention setting, and meditation.
This soulful sunset practice will guide you home to your deepest self as you align with nature and all of the elements and magic that Flagler Beach has to offer.
Bring a blanket, a pen and journal (optional), water, bug spray, or essential oils, and an open mind.
We can't wait to see you on the beach at 6th Street South for our New Moon session guided by Kari!
