New Moms Nutrition Circle - Montgomery County (Session 1 of 2)

Moms who gave birth within the last 12 months and live in Montgomery County are invited to a two-part series focused on nutrition and postpartum health.

Connect with other moms over a complimentary hot breakfast for honest conversations about feeding yourself during your baby's first year — the challenges, the cultural wisdom, and what support actually helps. Your insights will directly shape resources and workshops created for postpartum mothers in our community.

Stipend: $20

• You will automatically be registered for Session 2 when you register for Session 1. Attendance at BOTH sessions required
• Space limited to keep group small and supportive
• Babies and children K-6 welcome at Session 1 (snacks provided)
