New Mexico Capitol Day 2026

Parents School Options is the national voice for parents.

It's more important now than ever for legislators and policymakers to understand the value and need for full-time virtual schooling and school choice in New Mexico

We invite families and students to join us in Santa Fe to meet with State leaders and share your stories about why full-time virtual schooling is the best option for your families and students.

Afterward, we will return to the Hilton hotel for a FREE LUNCH and giveaways.

Tentative Schedule:

• Check-in 10:00-11:00 AM
• PSO introduction & Briefing 11:00- 11:50 AM
• Group Picture & Walk to Capitol Building 11:50-Noon
• Advocacy meetings at the Round House
• Return to Hotel 1:00 pm
• FREE Lunch 1:00 PM
• Debrief (optional return to the Capitol) and Free time 1:00 pm-3:30 PM
• Event concludes - Depart 3:30 PM
