*NEW* Mat Pilates with Donna
Schedule

Most of us move through life in two dimensions… forward and back, up and down. But your body was built for so much more than that. This 60-minute mat class invites you to rediscover the full, three-dimensional range of movement that’s already available to you… you just might have forgotten it was there.
Each class weaves together breathwork, strength, and mobility in a way that feels intentional and integrated, not like a checklist of exercises. Whether you’re new to Pilates or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how your body moves and a little more ease in how it feels.
In this class, you’ll:
Explore breath as a movement tool, not just something that happens in the background
Build functional strength that translates to real life, not just a workout
Improve mobility and discover range of motion you didn’t know you had
Move through all three planes of the body… sagittal, frontal, and transverse
Slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body from the inside out
This class is open to all levels. No prior Pilates experience needed.

About Dr. Donna Behr, PT, MS, DPT, PRC
Donna brings a rare depth of clinical and movement expertise to everything she teaches. She holds a clinical doctorate and a post-professional master’s in orthopedics and manual therapy, along with a B.S. in physical therapy. Her certifications include Postural Restoration, Pilates through both Polestar and NCPT, and Integrative Breathing Therapy.
What that means for you in class: she’s not just cuing movements, she’s thinking about why your body moves the way it does and how to help it move better. Her approach is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and deeply rooted in the belief that understanding your body is the first step to feeling good in it.
