Parking: Please refer to the street map with the Stern building being the orange roof. There will be parking available as highlighted in all the light blue sections. An attendee will be assisting with parking as you arrive.

Check in: As you arrive, please go to one of the Greeters so that your party name(s) can be checked off. If there is more than one person in your party, please let them know if you would like to sit together. Please remember, the earlier you arrive, the more available the seating arrangements can be offered.

Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable and Final. If you or anyone in your party are unable to attend after registering, purchases can be transferred to another individual prior to the event by contacting 309-721-8598 by 7pm , August 12, 2026.

Deadlines: If purchasing for more than one person, please forward a list of all names and if all are Adults or Children (10 and under), after purchasing by contacting 309-721-8598 by July 31, 2026 so that all names can be added to the list when greeted for check-in.
