2nd Monday of the Month is a seated workout with iCan
3rd Monday of the Month is a Physio led exercise with Physio2U
4th Monday of the Month is Tai Chi Qigong with Sandra
All fitness Activities take place between 10:30am & 11:30am then cake afterwards!
Suitable for all abilities and lifelong conditions including but not limited to Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Autism, Dementia, and other age related issues, plus Friends, Family, Carers and any other support network.
Sessions are £4 Per Person
