(this is a new class, so please allow some flexibility in timings)
You can drop your young person off, but for any nervous bakers, or under 10's who've not been before, I would recommend you stay and either observe or join in. Happy to talk this through with you to work out the best option for your child.

Based on our luxury ombré cake class, and taking inspiration from everyone's favourite cuddly toys, Liz has put together a fun Jelly Cat cake workshop - and this session is for our Junior bakers.
Liz, who bakes and hand-decorates all of our cakes and cupcakes, will let you into her baking secrets and you get to take home a wonderful themed cake.
What to expect:
You'll be provided with all the equipment to make a Jelly Cat-inspired striped buttercream cake
You will be given a Simply Scrumptious crumb-coated sponge ready for you to dress up
Liz will demonstrate the secrets to making perfectly light and fluffy buttercream icing every time
Learn to colour and pipe buttercream - creating vibrant tones in several shades
Perfect smoothing the surface of your cake to make a beautiful striped effect
Top your cake with piped details and matching sprinkles
Create the classic candle, cute little legs and feet, not forgetting the cheeky grin
Tea, coffee and delicious home-baked treats will be provided
◦Our classes are intentionally kept small (large cake classes are 4 maximum) to give you plenty of space and so that you get full attention from Liz throughout
All ingredients and materials are provided, including a sturdy box to transport your cake home.
