Following the massive success of last year’s event—which drew over 375 motivated job seekers to the 400 Block—demand for 2026 is higher than ever. Space is strictly limited. I. Event Details

• Lead Organizer: Advance Wisconsin Employment (AWE).
• Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026.
• Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Location: The 400 Block, Downtown Wausau.
• Registration Fee: $50.00 (Includes one 8-foot banquet table)

III. Critical Participation Info

• No Power Access: Please be advised that recruiting vendors do not have access to electrical power at their booths. Plan your displays and device charging accordingly.
• Weather & Sun Protection: We highly recommend bringing a small canopy for protection from the sun and weather. Note: You are not permitted to penetrate the ground; canopies must be secured with weights only.
• Registration: Your $50 fee secures your spot. Due to limited table inventory, we recommend immediate registration.

IV. Operational Timeline

• 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM: Employer move-in and booth setup.
• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Live recruitment window (Rain or Shine).
• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Event teardown and site restoration.
