New Jersey Flute Intensive

Do you want to improve your flute playing skills this summer? Join us for the New Jersey Flute Intensive, which will be held June 24-26 in Montclair, NJ! This year, our faculty includes Dr. Sarah Carrier (Flute Professor at Sarah Lawrence College), Stephanie Kertesz (Orchestral Flutist), and Dr. Kristin Bacchiocchi-Stewart (Flute Professor at William Paterson University and Ramapo College).
Over three days, you will learn hands-on through workshops, participate in daily flute choir reading sessions, and perform in masterclasses and a final recital. Our faculty will introduce you to new techniques and exercises, and help you improve in areas such as tone, rhythm, and sight-reading.
We are excited to announce that this year we are accepting early advanced, intermediate, AND beginner players (at least 1 year of experience is necessary). Beginners will have their own technique class suited to their level.
