Join us for a candid and collaborative Business Owner Mastermind designed for leaders who want practical insight, fresh perspective, and real conversations about the challenges of business ownership with a special focus on AI adoption, risk management, efficiency, and growth.

The morning will feature a guest presentation from TAB member and attorney Mariya Gonnor, Esq. of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. on “AI Without the Risk: A Business Owner’s Guide to Safe and Effective Adoption.”

The session will explore how business owners can take advantage of AI tools while protecting their companies, teams, and operations from unnecessary risk.

Following the presentation, attendees will participate in a facilitated CEO-style mastermind roundtable led by The Alternative Board (TAB) Central New Jersey, focused on how AI is impacting businesses today, what tools leaders are currently using or evaluating, and the broader operational and leadership challenges business owners are navigating.
