New Invisible Joy — Live at Poetry Lounge
Our first show in 9 months, and we're playing Poetry Lounge in Millvale — just minutes from downtown. A cozy dive bar with a craft-cocktail soul, a fantastic menu of original drinks, and food available. If you remember our reverb-drenched shows at the original 31st Pub in the late '90s, this room will give you those vibes.
This one's just us. No openers. We take the stage at 8pm, wrap by 9:45, and have you home by 10:30 — a great night that doesn't wreck your Friday.
We don't play often, because our relationship is our process — and it's tumultuous. The band is always about to capsize. Lately, it never quite does. We got our latest single, SPIN, off the blocks, with another coming down the pike just in time for this show — so you'll hear SPIN live for the first time.
Expect a set heavy on Pale Blue Day — almost the entire first record — plus the best of Silver, Trust, and Kontakt, and favorites like New Orleans.
It's a small place, so only 100 tickets are available. When they're gone, they're gone.
