Lolev Beer has been turning heads in Lawrenceville since 2022, brewing Ultra Hopped Ales that push the boundaries of hops and flavor, expressive lagers, and barrel-aged creations that show a deep respect for brewing tradition paired with a restless creativity. Whether it's a hazy IPA or a crisp, bready lager, every pour tells you something about the care (and the fun) that goes into it.
ippa pgh brings Tuscan-inspired cuisine straight from a wood-fired kitchen on wheels, permanently parked in Lolev's beer garden. Built by sisters Whitney and Lyndsey, ippa takes the familiar — a good sandwich, a warm bite of dough, a plate you want to share — and treats it with the kind of care that turns a quick bite into a moment worth lingering over.
For this event, ippa is stepping away from their usual menu to craft something special: a curated charcuterie board, built bite by bite specifically to complement four 5oz pours of Lolev's beer. Each pairing is intentional with cured meats, cheeses, and accompaniments chosen to play off the hop character, malt sweetness, or tartness of the beer beside it, so every sip and every bite sharpens the one before it.

*The event will be held in the ippa beer garden a few steps down from Lolev's doors. In the case of inclement weather, it will be held in the main room inside Lolev.
