New Haven Pizza Making Class!
This is a 3.5 hr. pizza learning class you will never forget. Class starts off with a couple of sample New Haven Style pizzas to eat, and some Foxon Park soda, I call them Apizzatizers! After that, we go into a dough tossing lesson, quick history lesson about how New Haven Style Pizza came to be then a detailed demo of how to make the dough, sauce, ball the dough, stretch the dough, assemble the pizza, launch the pizza, bake the pizza, cut the pizza and eat the pizza. Everyone gets a "cheat cup" to take home for easy dough making at home.
After all this, you make your own pizza.
