November 8 New Harlem Jazz Band - The Red record reunionIan Smith has put together the New Harlem Jazz band that created the Red Record in 1972. They were one of the most popular bands of their era (70’s and 80’s). They played at various locations and the record was advertised as dance music. This will be a very special night, with wonderful danceable jazz. In the band will be Ian Smith on cornet, Pat Miller on reeds, Ian Fleming on clarinet Richard Opat on drums, Bill Morris on tuba, Chris Farley on banjo, Doug Rawson on piano and Chris Ludowyk on trombone.
