Step into the calm of Salcey Forest and experience a Forest Breathing Sanctuary—a guided session designed to help you move out of the mind and into the body, reconnecting with yourself, the natural world around you, and perhaps even meeting some kindred spirits.
We begin with a peaceful forest walk, allowing you to arrive and gently settle into your surroundings. Arriving at our circle of tree stump seats, you’ll be guided to shift your state through simple body activation techniques —releasing tension, bringing attention inward, and experiencing a more grounded presence.
This leads into a 30-minute live guided breathwork journey, set to a soundtrack carefully crafted to enhance your experience.
The breathwork is accessible for all levels and offers a powerful way to restore balance, deepen awareness, and open space for calm, clarity, and new connections—both within yourself and within the group.
Held in a small, supportive circle, this experience is intentionally designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and inclusive—allowing you to show up exactly as you are.
