Join our friendly monthly meeting where local English learners and refugees come together! This is a perfect opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences while practising your English.
The main aims of our monthly meeting for English learners and refugees:
1. promote integration: We help refugees to settle in Germany. They can practise English and share their experiences.
2. communicate better: All participants improve their English. It is more important to make yourself understood than to use perfect grammar.
3. getting to know cultures: English learners and refugees exchange ideas and experiences. This allows them to learn from each other and understand each other better.
4. building community: We want everyone to feel part of a group. New friendships help with integration.
5. strengthen self-confidence: Participants practise speaking English in a relaxed atmosphere. This gives them more confidence in everyday life.
