Yet, despite this rich tradition, Boston has never hosted an exhibition dedicated to showcasing the artistry of contemporary violin and bow makers—until now.

The New England Festival of Violin and Bow Makers was established to fill this gap, providing a unique platform for fine instrument makers to present their work in one of the most culturally and musically significant cities in the United States.
