Join us for a summer series speaker event on Wednesday, June 17th. Dinner starts at 5:00 pm followed by a 6:00 pm talk about the 43rd infantry division in World War II. The 43rd infantry was made up of National guard units from Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
David Thiede, a U.S. Navy veteran and a longtime member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, will explore the infantry's four major campaigns and the legacy they left behind.
