As we enter the Spring New Year and the energy of renewal, you are invited into a sacred space of deep rest, intentional release, and conscious creation.

New Earth Anchoring Yoga Nidra Meditation w/ Burning Bowl Ceremony is a donation-based gathering designed to help you shed old timelines, stagnant patterns, and energetic residue from the past season — while intentionally anchoring the frequency of the New Earth within your body, mind, and spirit.

We will begin with grounding and heart-centered breathwork to regulate the nervous system and open the energetic field. From there, you will be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation — a powerful state between wakefulness and sleep where transformation, rewiring, and subconscious planting naturally occur.

Throughout the experience, crystal singing bowls will be played live to support energetic clearing, alignment, and harmonic balance.

We will close with a sacred Burning Bowl Ceremony, where you will write down what you are ready to release and symbolically offer it to the fire — making space for clarity, expansion, and new beginnings.
