Come along for a relaxed session of Drumming using traditional handheld drums (Shamanic style) and explore using or experiencing a range of sound instruments from Gongs, singing bowls to rattles/bells and immerse yourself in a combination of drumming & sound to aid your well being. Healing takes place as it’s suppose to in a natural supportive way.
Note: Precautions
Drumming rhythm can bring on a trance like state and feelings of light headiness and not feeling grounded. If any point you feel like this please let me know.
Due to drumming consisting of sound & vibrations it is not always suitable for those with hearing impairment(tinnitus/cochlear implants/hearing aids)epilepsy, migraine sufferers, vertigo, medical implants and anyone with severe mental health problems.
If unsure please consult your medical professional.

Please bring cushion if you wish to lay down in the centre for some drum/sound healing.
