The beach is a vital habitat teeming with fascinating and diverse wildlife. Beach Discovery docents lead engaging short walks, revealing the secrets of shells, tides, sea turtles, horseshoe crabs, and more. This role requires strong public speaking and interpersonal skills, the ability to traverse uneven sandy terrain, and a deep passion for education. You’ll have the chance to train to guide small groups of visitors & community members and/or school groups, sharing your knowledge about this unique ecosystem and its importance.
