During the Museum’s Reptiles of the Lowcountry experience, participants explore the unique characteristics, habits, and roles of regional reptiles, and learn how to protect these fascinating creatures while safely coexisting with them. This program also offers opportunities to interact with live reptiles.
The Coastal Discovery Museum is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to present and/or handle animals (additional training will be provided) for our Reptiles of the Lowcountry program. If you’re excited about sharing knowledge about the amazing reptiles of the Lowcountry, we invite you to attend our training and information session.
