Jeff Cormell – Bank of America:
Jeff Cormell is the Vice President of Healthcare Lending for Bank of America Practice Solutions. Jeff has been with Practice Solutions since 1999 and has held numerous management roles within the bank. He currently specializes in practice acquisition lending in Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. Jeff provides a unique perspective to his clients as he has owned several small businesses of his own including multiple dental practices over the last 20 years.

Tom Ehrnfelt – Waldheger Coyne:
Tom has been an attorney with the Waldheger Coyne team since 2011. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and corporate law. Tom’s experience with handling business transactions makes him an asset to dental practices and dentists. As a frequent speaker at various dental schools, study clubs, and seminars, his knowledge about the inner workings of this industry is unique. He has experience handling private and corporate transitions, associate contracts, buy-ins, and more in the dental industry.

Dr Sam Glick DDS – Cleveland Smile Center – Orthobrain Provider:
Dr. Sam Glick founded Cleveland Smile Center in 2018. He comes from a long lineage of dentists including his father, uncle and grandfather. Currently, Dr. Glick is pursuing a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a selective and prestigious honor reflective of his commitment to ongoing dental excellence. Dr. Glick is a certified Invisalign provider for clear aligners and provides traditional metal braces as well.

Brian Layman – Layman Law Group:
As a principal with Layman Law Group, LLC, Brian Layman provides significant tax, asset protection, estate planning, business succession planning, corporate law, and trust and estate administration expertise to the firm’s clients. In addition to being admitted to practice law in Ohio and Florida, Mr. Layman maintains his CPA license in the State of Ohio.

Dr. Paul Mikhli, DDS – Beachwood Dental:
Staying current with the latest technology and advances in dentistry, Dr. Paul Mikhli is committed to understanding the needs and desires of each patient. He takes great pride in providing the best dentistry has to offer, personalized to each patient.
Paul Mikhli, DDS graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2005. He has been inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, a feat accomplished by fewer than ten percent of dentists nationwide.
Dr. Mikhli is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Greater Cleveland Dental Society.
Dr. Mikhli was involved in the community as a board member of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society Foundation where he serves as Secretary/Treasurer.

Dr. Cristina Ocrainiciuc, DDS – Beachwod Dental:
Dr. Ocrainiciuc (you can call her Dr. O!) grew up in North Canton, Ohio and attended Hoover High School. Dr. O then continued on to THE Ohio State University where she received a BS in Biology and minor in German. Being the loyal Buckeye that she is, she finished her dental school experience at Ohio State. Her passion for dentistry and learning took her to a hospital based, two year General Practice Residency at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital where she learned more about oral surgery, root canals and complex patient management.
Outside of the office, you can find Dr. O reading a good book, trying new recipes, traveling or visiting the local metro parks!
Dr. O is excited to be serving Beachwood and surrounding communities. You can count on her to welcome you with her enthusiasm, listen to your needs and wants, and go at your pace. Her patients love that she is an approachable and talented provider who provides exceptional patient care.
Chris Vandiford – TransitionOne
After moving to Ohio in 2001, Chris Vandiford began providing professional guidance to dentists in the Midwest Dental Market. Since 2001, Chris has “closed” more than Five Hundred dental transitions ranging from $150K in sale price to over $10mm. After almost 24 years in the dental industry, Chris is now well known throughout the Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky (Midwest) markets with dentists, banks, lawyers and CPA’s.
Chris enjoys motivational speaking and speaks to large groups of dental professionals and other local organizations annually and has earned numerous work, leadership, and community awards. You will typically find Chris presenting to Dental Schools in the winter and regional dental conventions in the summer and fall.
