This event has been postponed to a new date & time: Sunday, April 27 from 1-3 PM
Somatic Release Breathwork™, employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.
Come gather in this safe and women's only space to do some spring clearing with us! Leave the event feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
What participants should bring: Water bottle, yoga mat (if they would like to bring their own). OPTIONAL: item for altar, eye mask, journal, snack for after (piece of fruit or bar can be nice)
Event Fee: $20 (please note RSVP is required due to limited class size)

Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Parking is in the first 3 parking areas to the right. Use the entrance closest to the first parking area (it’s in the corner of the building). Follow signs to the Serenity Room
