Through acquisitions and a robust program of temporary exhibitions, the Museo de Arte de Ponce has played an instrumental role in documenting the production of these artists. Join Iraida Rodríguez-Negrón, Curator, Museo de Arte de Ponce and of the exhibition Nostalgia for My Island: Puerto Rican Painting from the Museo de Arte de Ponce (1786-1962) to learn about examples from the museum’s collection, including paintings from the exhibition on view at RMA September 14, 2024 through January 5, 2025
