New Constellations is the Portland, Oregon-based project of Harlee Case and Josh Smith, a duo whose chemistry is measured not in years, but in decades. The two first recorded together at age 14, laying down tracks in Josh’s bedroom before life sent them each down their own paths. Years of individual growth, songwriting, and craft later, they have now found their way back to each other and to something worth building.
This fall, they are bringing that something overseas for the first time, sharing the songs that built their following with audiences across Europe and the UK. “Hot Blooded,” their debut single, has already crossed 140 million streams and counting. Now they are coming to play it live.
From headline dates in Warsaw, Prague, Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cologne, Amsterdam, Paris and Istanbul, to festival stages including Reeperbahn in Hamburg, to UK dates in London, Nottingham and Manchester, this is the tour they have been building toward.
The songs they are bringing with them come from It Comes In Waves, their debut album arriving May 15 via Nettwerk. Thirteen tracks written and recorded in Portland, it is the record that made this tour inevitable.
Before Europe, the duo spends the first half of 2026 on the road across the U.S., supporting The Midnight through marquee rooms, making their Lollapalooza Mainstage debut, and playing BottleRock. All of it pointing toward this fall. All of it pointing toward this moment.
