Join us for a late afternoon flow before you head home for the day. Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays we're offering bonus classes for the summer!
Carrie Dennison will lead you through an all levels flow with her signature Self Care style on Mondays. Jaime Russell will have you step into your power on Tuesdays and Camille Horton, as soon as she finishes up the school year, will make her teaching debut at Yogamour and lead you through Power Yoga on Fridays.
