Rebecca is a dedicated yoga teacher with a 300-hour Diploma in Yoga, specializing in Vinyasa flow. She is passionate about guiding students of all abilities through their own unique yoga journey. With a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, Rebecca creates a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace.
Her Vinyasa classes combine fluid movement with conscious breathwork, offering a dynamic and engaging practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
