NEW CLASS - Breath & Foundations Yoga
Slow down, reconnect with your breath, and strengthen the basics of your yoga practice in 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 & 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧. This class emphasizes pranayama (mindful breathing techniques) with simple and accessible yoga poses to calm the nervous system, build body awareness, and support a steady practice both on and off the mat.
New practitioners will feel welcomed and supported, while more experienced students will find space to refine alignment, expand breath capacity, and deepen their practice.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn and ask questions.
