Activities and food service begin at 5:00 PM. Trunk or Treat begins at 6:00 PM, and the event concludes at 8:00 PM.

Food and sweet treats will be available for purchase directly from participating vendors.
FREE ADVANCE REGISTRATION
Advance registration is strongly encouraged so NCLL can estimate attendance and prepare enough treats and activities for everyone.

Children must remain under the supervision of a parent, guardian or responsible adult throughout the event.
HOST A TRUNK 🎃
Families, NCLL teams, businesses, organizations and community members are invited to decorate a trunk and hand out candy, information, promotional materials or small trinkets.
Hosting a trunk is FREE, but advance registration is required.
Trunk registration deadline: Friday, October 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

NO ITEMS OR SERVICES MAY BE SOLD FROM A REGISTERED TRUNK. Anyone selling products or services must apply for and purchase a community vendor space. No exceptions.
COMMUNITY VENDOR SPACES
Community vendor spaces are available for $20 per 10' x 10' space.
Vendor participation requires advance application and approval from NCLL. Approved vendors will receive an NCLL Vendor Agreement, payment instructions and event setup information.
Vendor application deadline: Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
