All associate brokers must complete this course within their first year of licensure!

This 30-hour course is required of all new associate brokers licensed for the first time on or after January 1, 2009. Effective January 1, 2012, this must be completed within the first year of licensure. This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to begin your real estate career with confidence. Real estate is a profession, and this course is designed to apply the information to your particular real estate practice.
