Our Historian will be introducing you to all the Maritime History connected to New Brighton Seaside Resort. The Fort, Lighthouse, Smugglers, Royal Navy, CSS Shenandoah, Secret Tunnels, Shipwrecks and Storms
New Brighton was the Holiday Resort for many visitors via Ferry, Railway and motorcar for many years. Remember the days of visiting the fairground, swimming at the outdoor bathing pool, riding the ferry across the Mersey, dancing at the Tower Ballroom or even at The Chelsea Reach, The Grand and RJ's. You will be visiting all the old sites and shown photographs on how changes have ocurred from then to now.
