About this Event
Join us for this amazing chance to try making all of your favourite Asian street food classics. We take a hands on approach lets get your hands dirty and your knives sharpened.
The chef talks about the ingredients the cooking methods the sourcing and of course we eat. A four course tasting featuring the following menu
Pork and Water Chestnut Gow Gi With garlic, chiles and ginger
Stir Fried Balinese Prawns With spinach
Thai Beef and Herb Salad With soy sauce, ginger, herbs and tomatoes
Lemongrass Chicken Skewers With lime vietnamese dipping sauce
So join us in our new home at LaSalle College for a professional style individual hands on cooking class.

To register for this class please click on buy tickets you can pay with PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-7737829 Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all classes are final no refunds permitted. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Renfrew Street at 6pm there is a multi parking lot next to Tim Hortons. Please arrive no earlier than this time.. Any inquiries can also be directed to [email protected].
