Mark Ziesemer is an experienced Information Security Architect with over 20 years of expertise in Information Technology, including 7 years at Heartland Business Systems. Since 2009, Mark has been deeply involved in information security, holding lead security and compliance responsibilities since 2013.

Mark’s technical proficiency spans Java, Microsoft .NET, Python, and various other programming languages. He has extensive experience across the full IT spectrum—from design and implementation to operations, support, and training. His key focus areas include security architecture, high availability, disaster recovery, compliance, automation, and process improvement.

As a Microsoft-certified expert in Azure and cybersecurity, Mark specializes in cloud solutions, governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). He is a Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) Qualified Presenter, a Cyber Liaison Officer with the Wisconsin Statewide Intelligence Center (WSIC), and serves as a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO).
