NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN W/LIVE COMMENTARY

Exactly 007 years after the last James Bond film commentary from Film Geeks SD with Tom “One Man Bond” Steward at (the old) Digital Gym Cinema and in celebration of the fictional agent’s real birthday comes a rare screening of NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN with “live” commentary by Sean Connery. Connery made his final appearance as Bond in a doomed attempt to launch a rival franchise to the official EON series. A remake of THUNDERBALL from sequel auteur Irving Kirschner (THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, ROBOCOP 2) and BATMAN ’66 writer Lorenzo Semple Jr. with Bond Girl Kim Basinger and the first African-American Felix Leiter, Bernie Casey. Local writer-actor and The Everything Sequel Podcaster Tom Steward will perform a live commentary track as he so gloriously did at the 2019’s screening of MOONRAKER but this time as Connery rather than Roger Moore. Plus he will provide an interactive musical introduction to the film. Arrive early for Bond trivia, treats, and to pick up your gadgets from Q Branch for making your own Gun barrel sequence.
