New Beginners Tai Chi for Neurodivergents class starting 23rd Jan 2025.
This class is for people with neurodivergent conditions who would like to try Tai Chi as a potential method for mindfulness, calm and self regulation. The classes are fun and informative and are taught by a Neurodivergent teacher with over 25 years experience (of Tai Chi they've been neurospicy all their life).
